Collaborated with a team of 4 to research development financing tools and calculate their impact on a hypothetical development proposal's cash flow/feasibility pro forma.
Crafted the visualization of the project so community partners would understand how the proposal would fit into the surrounding neighborhood.
A key takeaway was how by integrating community feedback early in our process, we were able to craft a proposal that provided a desired public gathering space, added needed affordable housing to the community, and maintained fiscal profit.
The project was completed for the Masters in Urban Planning and Policy program elective course Development Finance Analysis.
